Tomorrow Myra and I begin our first Rwanda Challenge Vision Trip. In many ways we feel like we are starting over where we began. Thirty-one years ago we shared the vision for New England with churches and people we loved in Virginia and North Carolina. The result was churches and families and widows who supported the vision for New England. God has blessed that vision beyond what we could imagine at the time. In many ways New England is different now and we are different. We are the same couple and New England is still six states in the Northeast; but the Church is healthier and hopefully we have grown. The same is true for the people we will see in the next three weeks. Some were in our youth group in 1973-1976. Many are now leaders in the Church. Myra and I know that it is different, but in many ways it feels like we are beginning a new journey right where we started thirty-one years ago.
