Rwanda Challenge has NOT been called to lead the Church in Rwanda, but to equip Rwandan church leaders to do what God has called them to do.
Training of Trainers is a key strategy of Rwanda Challenge. Equipping Rwandan Church leaders who have the capacity to equip other leaders is the goal. Teachers are very aware that those who teach learn the most. If Rwanda Challenge equips fifteen church leaders who can equip three more each, that is sixty equipped church leaders. If we equip fifty who can equip five more, that's three hundred.
2 Timothy 2:1-2
Timothy, my dear son, be strong through the grace that God gives you in
Christ Jesus. You have heard me teach things that have been confirmed by
many reliable witnesses. Now teach these truths to other trustworthy people
who will be able to pass them on to others.
