Frank Reynolds, U.S. Director

     Frank and Myra grew up in South-Central Virginia and moved to Manchester, NH in June of 1980. They are 1976 graduates of Mid-Atlantic Christian University in Elizabeth City, NC. Frank received his Master of Divinity degree from Lincoln Christian University in 1980 followed by postgraduate studies in three New England theological schools. He concluded thirty years as Senior Pastor of Manchester Christian Church in June 2010.

Theophile Rugubira, Rwanda Director

Theophile and Miriam
     Bishop Theophile oversees sixty-three churches in Rwanda, Burundi, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. He is a graduate of Lubumbashi University in DR Congo. He received his theological training from the Faculté de Théologie Evangélique au Rwanda. Theophile has been offered attractive ministry positions in Norway and the United States, but he believes God has called him to help Africans to move out of poverty and fight against injustice. Theophile and his wife Miriam have four children.

Matt Woodrow & Jeremy Smith, Technology Coordinators

Matt is passionate about teaching cross-culturally and learning about the Rwandan culture. Matt is a 2002 graduate of Lincoln Christian University and received his Masters in Education Technology from Lesley University in 2007. He has been a youth pastor, teacher, and technology director. Matt lives in New Hampshire with his family.

Jeremy lives in Boston, Massachusetts where he works as the Digital Communications Specialist for Massachusetts Adoption Resource Exchange.  He received a Bachelors of Humanities and Bible from Florida Christian College and a Masters of Divinity from Lincoln Christian University.

Gene teaches at Mid-Atlantic Christian University and is on staff at First Church in Washington, NC.   

Alison DeLong
Alison graduated from Lincoln Christian University and then received a Master of Arts in Apologetics from Houston Baptist University.  Currently, she is a high school history and Bible teacher at a Christian school in Houston, Texas.
